  • Basic Plan: 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Pro Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Elite Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a support ticket through your dashboard.
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Wallet credits may be issued as an alternative if preferred.
  • Upon refund, your access to all tools will be immediately revoked.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • The refund period has expired.
  • Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • You have previously received a refund for the same subscription period.
  • You have extensively used the tool access before requesting a refund.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (prorated) if you have used the Service for a portion of the billing period. This is at our sole discretion.
